FAQ
Q: When attempting to select options from the options menu, the application crashes, what is up?
A: We have seen that, in some cases, when downloading the application from the AppStore directly to the iPhone, this issue can occur. Our developers are working on the issue and we should be able to post an update soon. So far, rebooting the iPhone has solved this issue completely. To reboot the iPhone, do the following:
1. Press and hold the power button on the top of the phone.
2. When prompted, slide the slider to power off the device.
3. Once the phone is completely turned off (the screen goes dark), press and hold the power button until the apple icon appears on the screen. The phone will take a few seconds to finish booting.
All evidence thus far has been that rebooting the iPhone will resolve the issue. If it does not, then try reinstalling the application through iTunes. To do that:
1. Sync your phone with your computer using iTunes.
2. Select your phone in the devices section of the iTunes window (left side, about half way down).
3. Select the Applications tab for your phone.
4. Verify that “Sync Applications” is checked.
5. Select the “Selected Applications” option.
6. Application list (which should not be grayed out), remove the check mark next to Moon Blocks.
7. Sync the phone by pressing the “sync” button in the lower right hand corner.
8. Replace the check mark next to Moon Blocks in the application list.
9. Sync the phone by pressing the “sync” button.
There have been no reported issues with the iPod touch, but the above suggestions also apply to the touch.
Q: What version of iPhone OS is required to run Moon Blocks?
A: Version 2.2.1 or higher
Q: Can I change my tile set during a game?
A: Yes, you can change all configuration options (including Game Board background, Tile Set, Tile Font and Tile Font Color) except the board layout while playing a game. Changing the board layout will require you to start a new game.
